     The Beverlywood Community is an upscale neighborhood in West Los Angeles which is bordered by Beverly Hills, Century City, Hillcrest Country Club and Cheviot Hills.

     Beverlywood can be characterized by its gorgeous homes, manicured lawns, mature trees and warm, friendly people.  The Beverlywood Homes Association has Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions ("CC&R's") just like a condominium building.  The CC&R's effectively keep consistency and continuity throughout the community with regards to home design & the appearance of properties from the street.  The Association collects a small yearly fee from homeowners who pay for exclusive amenities such as parks & 24 hour security patrol.  The effect of the CC&R's is higher home values for all Beverlywood residents, and extreme demand by home buyers wanting to live in the Association.
